We are so excited to host our “Photo Day” on WEDNESDAY JUNE 14 AND THURSDAY JUNE 15

Photos will take place @ The Studio

Detailed schedule is attached 

 

Dancers are to arrive 30 minutes prior to their estimated photo time with full stage hair and make up complete *** These photos are IN COSTUME

(Please note for company dancers, your hair and make up details will be your original ones, not the recital ones)

 

Older Students may use studio 03 to change and prepare 

Younger students may use studio 01 to change and prepare 

Boys may use the changeroom to change and prepare 

** Please do not use the washroom for changing 

 

Students will receive their group picture pose in their assigned classes and will also receive options of solo poses.

Please sure the group and all individuals are prepared before entering studio 02 for your picture.

 

** Please note NO parents will be allowed in the room while photos are being taken.

We have worked with Studio One Photography for over 15 years and they are a leader in sports photography.

 

All students are to attend Photo Day !! Only those students with order forms will have individual pictures taken. We have attached a sample order form for you to view and a downloadable/printable order form for you to fill out! (My personal favourite is the Memory Mate)

The office will have extra copies of these order forms on hand
