CONVENTION GROUP

The Fusion Force Convention Group is more than just extra training — it is an unforgettable experience designed for passionate, driven dancers who are ready to grow beyond the studio walls.

Hand-selected by Director Kylie Hannan and Instructor Bree Paulhus, this exclusive group travels, trains, and learns together throughout the season while attending some of the industry’s most inspiring conventions and events. Dancers will be challenged in new environments, pushed outside of their comfort zones, and given opportunities to build both confidence and independence while surrounded by a supportive team atmosphere.

This program is designed for students who are serious about their growth and eager to take their training to the next level. Convention Group dancers work closely with Kylie and Bree throughout the season, receiving mentorship, guidance, choreography, cleaning sessions, and personalized feedback in a more intimate setting.

From local convention weekends to road trips and travel experiences, dancers will create memories, friendships, and life skills that extend far beyond dance. Learning from top industry professionals, navigating travel with teammates, and experiencing new cities together creates a once-in-a-lifetime atmosphere that leaves a lasting impact both on and off the stage.

We are looking for dancers who are not only talented and hardworking, but who are also positive, outgoing, and excited to contribute to the energy of the team. Convention Group members should be supportive teammates, willing to step outside their comfort zones socially and artistically, and eager to build strong connections with those around them. The experience is built on trust, teamwork, maturity, and creating an environment where every dancer helps elevate the group as a whole.

Spaces are limited and selected carefully to ensure the strongest possible experience for the group.
