Important Year End Show Information:

We are so excited to host this years “Virtual Year End Recital” !

 

Please read through all information carefully and please do not hesitate to contact the office with any questions or concerns.

 

This year our Year End Dress Rehearsal and Show will be hosted from studio 04. Our main building will be used as a changeroom / practice room during both events.

 

We are set up with curtains, lights and a professional filming company, GT FX. Information on the livestream and how to purchase the Show link have been emailed.

Dress Rehearsal 

For Recreation Groups Only

Saturday June 05 4:30-7:00pm &

Sunday June 06 2:00-5:00pm

​

All students are to be in full costume, hair and make up. Details as stated on your individual class sheet.

Students are to arrive no later then 30 minutes before their call time dressed and ready to go

Students will check in at the main building

Students are welcome to leave once they have finished their performance 

If they have another routine students are welcome to stay in the main building 

One parent per child may enter the facility for ages 12&under to assist with hair and costume changes if necessary 

 

Show Day Virtual Filming

Friday June 11

Session 01 arrives 4:00pm dressed and ready - Filming takes place 4:30-5:30pm 

Cleaning Break 

Session 02 arrives 6:15pm dressed and ready - Filming takes place 6:45-8:00pm

Cleaning Break 

Saturday June 12 

Session 03 arrives 9:30am dressed and ready - Filming takes place 10:00-10:30am

Cleaning Break 

Session 04 arrives 10:45am dressed and ready - Filming takes place 11:15-11:40am

Cleaning & Lunch Break 

Session 05 arrives 12:30pm - Filming takes place 1:00-2:06pm

Cleaning Break 

Session 06 arrives 3:00pm -Filming takes place 3:30-5:10pm

 

Students are to arrive dressed and ready 30 minutes prior to their session time 

Students may leave once they have performed

Keeping you and your dancers SAFE

We have taken several precautions to ensure that we can run a safe virtual event 

• Sanitization stations will be placed at the entrance and in each room, we ask everyone entering the studio to please sanitize  or wash their hands 

• All dancers must arrive fully ready for their first performance 

• Small Sessions will allow us to control the number of students in the building at a time 

• Dances will be rearranged for the downloadable link to create a high energy show 

• Cleaning of floors and all high touch areas between sessions 

• Students will have designated holding areas 

• Everyone must be responsible for completing their daily health check before arriving 

• We encourage all students to physically distance when outside and inside the building 

• We ask parents not to congregate in groups outside
