We’re thrilled to welcome Studio One Photography back again this year for our 2026 Photo Days! We have proudly worked with Studio One Photography for over 15 years, and they continue to be a leader in dance and sports photography.

Photo Day will take place on Thursday, June 11 at Fusion Force Studio. Please see the attached schedule for your dancer’s designated photo time.

To help keep things running smoothly, we ask that everyone arrive fully prepared and ready for their call time 45 minutes prior to their scheduled photo session.

Important Reminders for Photo Day

• Full hair, makeup, and costumes are required for all dancers.

• Recreational dancers: Hair and makeup should match recital styling (middle part, low ponytail).

• All Ballet: Mid part, low ballet bun.

• Competitive and Company dancers: Please use your standard competition hair and makeup.

Each dance will have a group photo taken. Individual photos are optional and available upon request.

This year, we have chosen not to do Company or Line photos, as we are fortunate to receive so many incredible competition photos throughout the season. However, we will still be doing photos for all Ballet classes, as well as a group photo for Production.

Change Room Information

• Older students may use Studio 03 to change and prepare.

• Younger students may use Studio 01 to change and prepare.

• Boys may use the changeroom to change and prepare.

​

Please do not use the washrooms for changing.

Students will receive their group photo pose in class and will offer help, if needed, with solo poses.

Please note: No parents will be allowed in the room while photos are being taken.

New Online Viewing & Ordering System

Studio One Photography is excited to continue using their online viewing and ordering system, powered by Vibrant Photo Lab.

Here’s what you need to know:

• No order envelopes or payments will be collected on photo day.

• Each dancer will receive a printed QR code form on photo day with all viewing and ordering instructions.

• Within 4–7 days after your dancer’s final photo day, an email will be sent with a personal access code to view and order images online.

• FREE studio delivery is available for all orders placed within the first 10 days of the gallery being posted.

• Orders placed after the 10-day deadline will be shipped directly to your home and will include standard shipping and handling fees.

IMPORTANT: You must register with your email address to view and order your dancer’s images online.
