All three shows will be different, so be sure to check the show order above before buying your recital tickets!

The Friday Evening Show @ 6:00pm

The Saturday Afternoon Show @ 12:00pm

The Saturday Evening Show @ 5:30pm

The Friday and Saturday Afternoon Shows will be a mix of Recreational, 

Competitive and Company.

The Saturday evening show will be company only.

Ticket Sales:

Tickets go on sale MONDAY MAY 15

Tickets are $30 - there is NO limit on tickets 

All tickets must be purchased through the theatre directly, not through the

studio office.​

DVD Orders:

This year all of our clients will be receiving a digital copy of our DVD for FREE!!!!!!

Flowers for Sale:

"Ode to a Bloom" will be supplying our flowers for the year end show.

There will be individual flowers and bouquets available for purchase in the lobby.

This is the perfect gift for your dancers when they come off stage!

Dress Rehearsal Itinerary:

We are asking for ALL volunteers to be present for dress rehearsal so you can

learn the position responsibilities and the children. 

​

All dancers are to be signed in when they arrive - This is for the safety of all children 

Any student ages 12+ may sign themselves in & out 

Only Volunteers to be allowed in the backstage/dressing room area DURING THE PERFORMANCES

All kinder dance parents will receive "all access wristbands so you may access your child at any time

​

Please be ready 30 minutes prior to your performance time 

Students may leave as soon as they are finished 

Full hair, make-up and costume

Show Day Itinerary:

All classes are cancelled, the last day of classes is Thursday June 08

 

Friday

4:30   All first show sign in/out & backstage volunteers arrive and help with set up

4:45   All first show dressing room volunteers arrive

5:00-5:15   All dancers arrive and sign in

​

• The lobby will have snacks and drinks for purchase if any parents are just hanging around

• until the theatre doors open.

• The first show will run from 6:00-9:00pm.

​

9:00   Estimated end time of Friday evening show

           All dancers 12 AND UNDER must be signed out by a parent

​

Saturday

10:30   All first show sign in/out & backstage volunteers arrive and help with set up

10:45   All first show dressing room volunteers arrive

11:00-11:15   All dancers arrive and sign in

 

• The lobby will have snacks and drinks for purchase if any parents are just hanging around until the theatre doors open.

• The first show will run from 12:00-3:00pm.

 

3:00   Estimated end time of afternoon show

          All dancers must be signed out by a parent

 

• Dancers will have about an 1.5hr break from 3:00-4:30. There are restaurants near by or foodcourt at the adjoining mall. We suggest pre-ordering or making a reservation as there is a limited break time.

• If weather permits, there is a grassy area out front of theatre to eat and relax.

 

4:30   All second show volunteers arrive

4:45   All dancers need to be back at dressing rooms and signed in

 

• Second show will run from 5:30-8:30pm.

 

8:30   Estimated end time of evening show

          All dancers must be signed out by a parent

          A parent may go into changeroom and help collect their child if needed
